Lucy-Liu

Lucy Liu is a voice actress singer and director. She's also an actress. In addition to being a beautiful and intelligent actor, Lucy Liu acts as a role model for several Asian actors working in Hollywood who wish to make it big. The early successes of her were boosted through her participation in some of the most popular TV show. She played the evil Ling Woo. After her popularity, she was offered major part in Shanghai Noon (1998) and Charlie's Angels (2000). The actress also gave a superb performance in the role of Japanese criminal lord O'RenIshii in Quentin Tarantino's Kill Bill Volume 1. In addition, she played lead roles in box office failures like Rise: Blood Hunter. In the following years, she started voicing the characters of animated films like Kung Fu Panda or Tinker Bell. Mia Mason's role as a character in Cashmere Mafia, a small screen production, didn't bring about the results. Southland, a critically acclaimed series of police dramas that featured Liu in recurring parts, helped to establish her status as a performer. Liu is careful when choosing roles in order to avoid being a stereotype in a field which is extremely competitive. While she's been embracing her heritage, she hasn't allowed it to limit her as an artist.
